How We Audit SEO at Cybrum: An AI Agent With 25 Skills, Not a Dashboard

AI AgentsSEOAutomationClaude Code

An SEO dashboard shows you data. An agent does the audit.

That is the difference that made us skip the usual SEO tool stack. Most of them are the same thing wearing a different color scheme: a crawler, a scorecard, a list of red and yellow flags you still have to interpret yourself. We wanted something closer to how we build everything else at Cybrum — a system that does the work, not one that hands you a report and calls it done.

What we run instead of a dashboard

We use Claude SEO, an open-source skill set for Claude Code: 25 sub-skills and 18 sub-agents covering technical SEO, content quality (E-E-A-T), schema markup, Core Web Vitals, local SEO, backlinks, and GEO — optimizing for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, not just Google's ten blue links.

The distinction that matters isn't the checklist, every SEO tool has some version of that checklist. It's who runs the checklist. Here, one command triggers an agent, not a script:

/seo audit https://client-site.com

That single line crawls up to 500 pages, detects the business type on its own, and then delegates to up to 15 specialist agents in parallel — technical, content, schema, sitemap, performance, visual, GEO, and SXO always run; local, maps, backlinks, drift, and e-commerce join in when the site signals call for them. Each specialist works its slice independently, the results merge into a single SEO Health Score, and we get a prioritized action plan instead of a wall of raw data to triage by hand.

That's the agentic part. Nobody on our side sat there running eight separate tools and stitching the findings together. The orchestration is the product.

Why this fits how we work

Cybrum's whole premise is that one founder, directing an agentic AI workforce, delivers team-level output. An SEO audit is a small, concrete proof of that: instead of a person (or five people) manually checking robots.txt, sniffing out schema errors, scoring content for E-E-A-T, and pulling Core Web Vitals one by one, a set of specialized agents does it at once and reports back.

It's also why we didn't build this from scratch. The Claude Skills open standard exists so that reusable, well-scoped capabilities like this can just be installed and run — the same reason our own Skills Library gives clients downloadable skills for their own Claude setups instead of one-off scripts. Claude SEO is somebody else's skill set, MIT-licensed, and we use it exactly as intended: as an engine we build client work on top of, not something we take credit for authoring.

The sheet we keep open

With 32 commands across the orchestrator and its extensions, remembering which one to reach for isn't obvious on day one. So we built a single reference image and keep it open on a second monitor while we work — the same command sheet, reformatted to our own light theme:

Claude SEO command sheet: 32 commands grouped into 10 categories, from full-site audits to Google data and live extensions

The categories map to how an audit actually unfolds: start with a full-site or single-page audit, move into the technical foundation (sitemaps, schema, hreflang), then content and strategy, experience and images, AI search, local and maps, off-page authority, ongoing monitoring, and finally the Google-data and live-data layers when a client needs field data or a client-ready PDF.

Where this goes next

Right now this is an internal tool — the thing we run before we tell a client what's actually wrong with their site, backed by an agent's output instead of a gut feeling. That's also the shape of what we build for clients under AI Automation & Agents: a goal goes in, a chain of specialized steps runs on its own, and a decision-ready result comes out the other end. SEO audits just happen to be the workflow we automated for ourselves first.

The bottom line

We didn't buy a dashboard because a dashboard still leaves the thinking to you. We gave an agent 25 skills and let it run the audit, in parallel, on one command. If that's the kind of system you want built around your repetitive work, not just SEO, book a free AI audit and we'll map out what an agent could take off your plate.
